Immersed in a bucolic landscape, where vineyards meet the soft profile of the hills, the villa of the Elegance project emerges with the naturalness of architecture rooted in its territory.
A rustic-flavoured aesthetic conceals contemporary interiors designed to interpret the clients’ wishes: living in a unique place, shaped around personal tastes and everyday habits. A dream that took form through tailor-made design, calibrated in every detail.
The Elegance project concerns the interior design of this multi-level villa with a large outdoor space. The intervention followed a clear guiding principle: to create a modern environment balanced between comfort and refinement, integrating intelligent storage solutions to optimise the spaces. The particular configuration of the house required the development of completely custom-made furnishings, crafted by the expert hands of our cabinetmakers, so that every element could dialogue naturally with the architecture.
The colour palette moves between milk white and anthracite grey, shaping spaces of sophisticated essentiality. The cool tones of walls and furnishings find a counterpoint in the natural oak parquet, which introduces a warm, tactile note and amplifies the sense of welcome. A selection of pop-art works brings the whole to life: the only elements that interrupt the composure of the rooms, animating the atmosphere with a playful and colourful touch.
The ground floor opens as one large open space that welcomes kitchen, dining area, living area, leisure room and a guest bathroom. The rooms flow seamlessly thanks to a design that favours fluidity. Natural light becomes the protagonist through Carminati Skyline Minimal Frames lift-and-slide windows: wooden frames with extremely slim profiles and generous glazing appear light and elegant, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
Behind the entrance there is a custom-designed wardrobe with hanging space, a discreet and functional volume for coats and shoes. The leisure area and guest bathroom are located in a more intimate area, offering a private dimension within the large living space dedicated to relaxation and entertainment.
The living room reinterprets the conversation pits of the 1960s, with a lowered floor that defines a kind of domestic oasis dedicated to conviviality and relaxation. A custom TV unit was also inserted here, with a waxed raw sheet-metal structure and an open compartment for equipment.
The open kitchen stands out for its minimal aesthetic: columns and drawers in white satin glass dialogue with an equipped island. Remaining within light tones creates visual continuity with the walls of the living area, avoiding chromatic breaks and maintaining a uniform language. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, where the protagonists are undoubtedly the Desalto 25 table, with a slate-grey cement finish, and the Simbiosi suspension lamp by Davide Groppi. The combination between the sculptural volumes of the table and the deconstructed volumes of the light point creates a highly scenographic and evocative area.
A wrought-iron staircase leads to the sleeping area, which includes a guest bathroom and the master suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. Even in the passage spaces, maximum attention was paid to detail, inserting decorative elements that fill these voids without weighing them down.
The master bedroom, overlooking the garden and equipped with a private terrace, expresses an essential elegance dominated by white. The only exception is the wall of the walk-in wardrobe with flush door, covered with abstract wallpaper in shades of grey, introducing movement and depth.
Behind the bed opens the master bathroom, conceived as a room dedicated to wellbeing: at the centre stands a freestanding bathtub, the symbolic heart of the space. Dark tiles with relief motifs create a strong contrast with the whiteness of the walls, washbasin unit and parquet, generating a contemporary whole with strong visual impact.
